Nurul Bazlaa’ graduated from the International Islamic University Malaysia with an LL.B (Honours) in 2009. She went to Loi, Tan & Associate for her pupillage in 2009 and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in January 2011.

She was later retained as a Legal Assistant in Loi, Tan & Associate and continues practising there until March 2012. In April 2012 until July 2014, she was practising in Ahmad Fuad Amin & Partners as a Legal Assistant. From August 2014 until February 2019, she was practising as Legal Assistant in Rosenida, Azlina, Hafidz & Co. In March 2019, she joined Raja Faisal, Iqbal & Meor as a senior associate specialising in conveyancing matter.

Throughout her years of practice, she has been exposed to conveyancing procedures starting from her pupillage period. This includes, attending to the preparation of Sale and Purchase Agreement, Tenancy Agreement and Security Documentation.

She has a wide range of experience in handling conveyancing matter which includes preparing the relevant document as well as supervising the process flow of a sale and purchase transaction from the beginning until its completion.

She frequently attended client who seeks legal advice in a conveyancing and property related matter. She had personally travelled to land office, developer’s office, LHDN and court to settle any urgent matters and whenever lawyer involvement is required. She also has the experience in advising and handling security documents in respect of retail facilities.
